There are
new types of light bulbs that use much less energy than the normal
types. Put them in parts of the home like the hall or stairs where
you leave the lights on. You will easily save what you spend on buying
them. Most shops sell these 'energy saving light bulbs'. Many items
of electrical equipment like kettles and toasters have labels to show
whether they are cheap or expensive to run. Ask about these labels. |
